Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 200 grams paneer, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer to ice cold water. Drain again and blend into a smooth paste. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

Add the spinach puree to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cubed paneer and salt. Mix gently to coat the paneer with the spinach mixture. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and cook for a few more minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
