  • 8 jalapeño peppers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half and press down lightly.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  6. Dip each stuffed jalapeño into the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to coat.

  7. Place the coated jalapeño poppers on the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
