
How To Make Easy Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Beef) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, onion, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Serve the bulgogi hot, garnished with sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!
