How To Make Paneer Tikka Recipe

Paneer cubes marinated in spicy yogurt mix, and grilled to perfection.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer, cubed
  • 1/2 cup thick Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion, cubed
  • 1 Bell Pepper, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice.

  2. Mix well and add paneer cubes.

  3. Mix again and marinate for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat grill pan on medium heat.

  5. Skew paneer cubes, onion and bell pepper on skewer.

  6. Grease with oil and grill for 5-7 minutes each side.

  7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
