Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.

  3. Add the paneer cubes, onion chunks, and bell pepper chunks to the marinade. Mix well to coat the pieces evenly.

  4. Thread the paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are tender.

  6. Serve the spicy paneer skewers hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
