Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Pour in the tomato puree and stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
