How To Make Make-Ahead Manicotti Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 manicotti shells
- 2 cups of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions

Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture and place them in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the manicotti.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy!
