- 1 avocado, diced

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
