How To Make Orange Juice Cake

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until the batter is smooth.
