Instructions

  2. Place the tuna steaks into the marinade, turning to coat them evenly. Allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and gently shake off excess marinade.

  5. Place the tuna steaks in the hot skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.

  6. Remove the tuna steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
