Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions

In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tikka masala spice mix, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.

Add chicken chunks to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken chunks onto skewers.

Grill the chicken kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

In the meantime, prepare the Indian salad by combining sliced onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
