Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 45 minutes

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tikka masala spice mix, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.

  2. Add chicken chunks to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.

  4. Grill the chicken kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Serve the grilled chicken tikka kebabs hot with the Indian salad on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges.
