How To Make Crispy Chinese Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 250g Chinese noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions

Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.

Add the carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them.

Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are crispy and heated through.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
