Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can of clams, drained
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb of scallops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

  3. Add diced potatoes and seafood stock.

  4. Bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.

  5. Add heavy cream, milk, clams, shrimp, and scallops.

  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
