How To Make Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse’s Sizzling Blue Crab Cakes Recipe

- 1 lb. blue crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tbsp butter
- Lemon wedges and tartar sauce for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and parsley.

Mix until well combined.

Using a 1/3 cup measure, form the mixture into 8 patties.

Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until sizzling.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
