How To Make Mock Zucchini Crab Cakes
In a large bowl, combine zucchini, egg, and butter.
Stir in seasoned bread crumbs, minced onion and seasoning. Mix well.
Shape mixture into patties and dredge each one in flour.
In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Fry patties until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
