Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the crab meat and vegetable oil.

  2. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 evenly sized cakes and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  5. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  6. Add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  7. Transfer the crab cakes to the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until heated through.
