Ingredients
- 1 pound of crab meat
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Lemon wedges
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, red onion, red bell pepper, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Form into 8 patties.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Once melted, cook the patties until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes per side.
