Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add thinly sliced potatoes into the mixing bowl and toss until fully coated in the cream mixture.

  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter and pour the potato mixture into the dish.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
