Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or grill over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the lettuce quarters with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.

  3. Transfer the grilled lettuce quarters to a plate.

  4. Top each quarter with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  5. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.

  6. Serve immediately.
