How To Make Fennel Seed-infused Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat.

  2. Add in the fennel seeds and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  4. Strain the oil through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.

  5. Store the oil in a clean jar or bottle and use as desired.
