How To Make Culver’s Mushroom Swiss Burger

Juicy beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and served on a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Condiments of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Shape mixture into four equal-sized patties.

  4. Brush patties with olive oil.

  5. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preference.

  6. Top each patty with one slice of Swiss cheese.

  7. In a separate pan, sauté sliced mushrooms on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

  8. Toast hamburger buns on the grill and assemble burgers with mushrooms. Add condiments as desired.
