Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lb spaghetti
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.

Add crushed tomatoes and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook spaghetti following package instructions. Serve topped with meatballs and sauce.
