Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 12 oz bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

  2. Whisk together eggs, parmesan, cream, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  4. Cook chicken in the same skillet until no longer pink.

  5. Add spaghetti, bacon, and egg mixture to skillet and toss until everything is coated in the sauce.

  6. Serve hot.
