  • 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper and stir until well combined. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add parmesan cheese and stir until fully melted and the sauce has thickened.

  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
