Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sake
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, carrot, celery, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

  2. Add the water, soy sauce, sake, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
