Succulent lobster tails hibachi grilled to perfection with soy sauce, butter, and an array of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails, split
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or griddle.

  2. Brush lobster tails with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill lobster tails for 4-5 minutes on each side.

  4. In a separate pan, sauté onions, zucchinis, and carrots until tender.

  5. Add soy sauce and butter to the vegetables and mix well.

  6. Serve lobster tails with vegetables and rice on the side.
