- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the canned chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until the salad mixture is combined.
