This bread is great for those on a salt-free diet. The only sodium in the recipe comes from the residual sodium in the other ingredients.

How To Make Salt-Free White Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Loaf

  • 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 9 oz. warm water

1 lb 2Loaf

  • 1 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 6 oz. warm water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients according to bread machine instructions.
  • Note: For Panasonic/National bread machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 lb. loaf
