  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of diced celery
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice.

  2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
