How To Make Cereal-Crusted Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 cups corn flakes cereal
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Crush cornflakes in a bowl and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place flour in a shallow dish.

Beat eggs in another shallow dish.

Dip each pork chop in flour, then egg, then cornflake mixture. Press firmly to coat all sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer pork chops to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
