How To Make Cereal-Crusted Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Crush cornflakes in a bowl and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place flour in a shallow dish.

  4. Beat eggs in another shallow dish.

  5. Dip each pork chop in flour, then egg, then cornflake mixture. Press firmly to coat all sides.

  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  7. Transfer pork chops to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
