- 1 can of salmon, drained
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onions
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the canned salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the bread slices.

Spread the salmon mixture on half of the toasted bread slices.

Top with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onions.

Cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
