How To Make Canned Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
A mouth-watering enchilada dish made with canned chicken, a delicious sauce and stuffed with cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken, drained and shredded
- 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine canned chicken and 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce.

Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place seam side down in baking dish.

Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and top with shredded cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
