Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute until the edges start to set.

Gently scramble the eggs with a spatula, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your desired consistency.

Stir in the diced ham and cook for an additional minute until heated through.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
