  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup white rum
  • Ice cubes
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.

  2. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves to release their flavors.

  3. Add the blended mango-pineapple mixture and white rum to the pitcher. Stir well.

  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mojito mixture over the ice.

  5. Top each glass with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.

  6. Serve immediately.
