  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Add in shredded cheese and chopped spinach, mix well.

  4. Grease muffin cups with cooking spray or butter.

  5. Pour egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and golden brown on top.

  7. Once done, let cool for a few minutes before handling.
