How To Make Baked Eggs with Bacon Recipe

Delicious breakfast dish with crispy bacon and perfectly baked eggs.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and set aside.

  3. Grease a baking dish and place cooked bacon inside.

  4. Crack 2 eggs over the top of the bacon, repeat for remaining eggs.

  5. Sprinkle cheese over eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
