How To Make Shaved Beef and Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the garlic, onion, and sliced bell peppers, stirring occasionally until softened.

  3. Add the shaved beef to the skillet and cook until browned.

  4. Add the cauliflower pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 min or until tender.

  5. Pour in the beef broth and add oregano and thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Cook for another few minutes until the broth has reduced and everything is heated through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
