How To Make French Toast Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

A delicious and filling breakfast sandwich, with a sweet and savory twist!

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 sausage patties
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Maple syrup, for serving


  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

  4. Place 2 slices of bread in the pan and cook until golden brown, flipping once.

  5. Cook sausage patties in a separate pan until fully cooked.

  6. Assemble sandwich by placing one slice of cheese on top of one slice of French toast, followed by a sausage patty and the other slice of French toast.

  7. Serve with maple syrup on the side.
