Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the pork tenderloin to the bowl and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the pork tenderloin and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned.

  5. Pour the apple cider marinade into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

  6. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
