How To Make Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel, sliced in half
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels until slightly crisp.

  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.

  3. Layer each bagel half with smoked salmon, red onion, tomato, and lettuce.

  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
