  • 1 cup strong coffee, hot
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • cooking spray

For Serving:

  • 1 oz whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

  4. Fold the sifted flour mixture, followed by the strong coffee until evenly incorporated.

  5. Pour your batter into the dusted baking casserole. Bake for roughly an hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.

  6. Once baked, set aside at room temperature and allow to cool completely.

  7. Portion accordingly. Serve with whipped cream.
