Ingredients
- 4 T-bone steaks (1 inch thick)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 tbsp of butter
Instructions

Preheat grill to high heat.

Season T-bone steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.

Brush the mixture onto both sides of the steaks.

Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Top each steak with a tablespoon of butter and let it melt over the heat.

Serve the T-bone steaks hot and enjoy!
