Ingredients

  • 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb pak choi, washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  4. Push the prawns to one side of the pan and add pak choi. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the prawns and pak choi.

  6. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the prawn and pak choi stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
