Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  7. Serve the grilled chicken garnished with fresh parsley.
