How To Make Kimchi Scrambled Eggs

A spicy twist on classic scrambled eggs, infused with the tangy and flavorful taste of kimchi.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of kimchi, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together until well beaten.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.

  3. Add the kimchi and scallions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and gently scramble them with a spatula, mixing them with the kimchi and scallions.

  5. Cook the eggs for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are fully cooked and no longer runny.

  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot and garnish with additional chopped scallions if desired.
