How To Make Paneer Samosas Recipe
Crispy pastry packets filled with spiced paneer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled paneer
 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 1 tsp ginger paste
 - 1 tsp garlic paste
 - 1 green chili, chopped
 - 1/2 tsp cumin powder
 - 1/2 tsp coriander powder
 - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
 - Salt to taste
 - 12 samosa wrappers
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
- 
In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili for 2-3 minutes.
 - 
Add in the crumbled paneer, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - 
Cut the samosa wrappers in half to form triangles. Fold the wider edge over to form a cone and fill it with the paneer mixture.
 - 
Seal the edges with a flour-water paste. Repeat with the remaining samosa wrappers.
 - 
Heat oil for frying and fry the samosas until golden brown.
 - 
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
