How To Make Chicken Tikka Samosas Recipe

Spiced chicken wrapped in crispy pastry pockets.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 12 samosa pastry sheets
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.

  2. Add shredded chicken and all the spices. Mix well.

  3. Add green peas and coriander. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Cut the samosa pastry sheets into halves.

  5. Stuff the chicken filling in the center and fold into a triangular shape.

  6. Seal the edges with water.

  7. Fry the samosas until golden brown.

  8. Serve hot with mint chutney.
