How To Make Chicken Tikka Samosas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 12 samosa pastry sheets
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.

Add shredded chicken and all the spices. Mix well.

Add green peas and coriander. Cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the samosa pastry sheets into halves.

Stuff the chicken filling in the center and fold into a triangular shape.

Seal the edges with water.

Fry the samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
