  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp yeast, dry
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk, warm
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs


  1. Mix milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Beat and stir well.
  3. Add cinnamon and some more sugar to the mixture.
  4. Knead the mixture till it turns to stiff dough.
  5. Take a greased bowl and transfer the dough there and let it rise for one hour.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and cut into 10-12 slices.
  7. Roll the slices.
  8. Take a 13x9 pan and glaze the bottom with melted butter.
  9. Transfer the rolls or the sticks and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
