
How To Make Pepperoni Rolls
Serve up a hearty batch of pepperoni rolls for dinner tonight! It’s loaded with stretchy cheese and flavorful pepperoni for the perfect dinner roll.

Ingredients
- rhodes yeast dinner rolls,1 bag, frozen
- hormel pepperoni,slices, 2 bags
- 3cupsmozzarella cheese,shredded
- 1large egg,beaten
- marinara sauce,for dipping
Instructions

Thaw the dough for 3 hours according to directions on foil-lined baking sheets sprayed with nonstick spray.

Once dough has risen, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Take one roll, then flatten out with fingers on a solid surface.

Place 4 to 5 pepperoni slices in the center of the dough.

Top the pepperoni with a pinch or 1 tablespoon of cheese.

Fold the dough up around the pepperoni and cheese, making sure to seal well, and form it into a ball.

Repeat until all the dough balls have been filled.

Brush the egg wash onto the tops of the rolls.

Bake uncovered for 15 to 17 minutes, until the tops of the rolls are golden brown.

Serve with marinara sauce, and enjoy!
