Ingredients

  • 2 pears, preferably green and or Bartlett’s
  • ¼ lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 32 pcs arugula sprigs

To Serve:

  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Halve and core each pear. Then quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear.
  2. Place a slice of pear and 2 to 3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto.
  3. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and wrap prosciutto tightly.
  4. Place each wrapped pear on a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
