How To Make Prosciutto Wrapped Pears with Blue Cheese Crumble

An easy-to-make dish that does not need professional skills to make.

  • 2 Bartlett Pears
  • ¼ lb prosciutto (thinly sliced )
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Sprigs of Arugula (for garnish)
  1. Halve and core each pear.

  2. Quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear.

  3. Place a slice of pear and 2 to 3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto.

  4. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and wrap prosciutto tightly.

  5. Place each wrapped pear on serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.

Optional: Balsamic Glaze
